Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Catalogue professional with strong expertise in Amdocs Product Catalogue platforms to design, configure, and manage scalable catalogue solutions within a complex telecom BSS environment. This role is critical to enabling accurate product modelling, seamless integrations, and efficient commercial and technical catalogue operations aligned to TM Forum standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, configure, and maintain Product Catalogue solutions using Amdocs platforms (MEC, CES, EPC)
  • Model and manage product hierarchies, including Product, Offer, and Service structures
  • Translate commercial and technical requirements into robust catalogue configurations
  • Work across the telecom BSS stack, integrating Product Catalogue with CRM, Billing, and Order Management systems
  • Contribute to catalogue data models, integrations, and operational processes
  • Apply TM Forum APIs and industry best practices in catalogue design and implementation
  • Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and solution quality

Requirements

  • Experienced in working with Amdocs Product Catalogue solutions (MEC, CES, EPC)
  • Strong understanding of product hierarchy concepts (Product → Offer → Service)
  • Knowledgeable in commercial and technical catalogue design principles
  • Familiar with the telecom BSS landscape, including CRM, Billing, and Order Management systems
  • Hands-on experience with catalogue configuration and modelling tools
  • Confident in applying TM Forum APIs and practices within a telecom environment
  • Comfortable working with catalogue integrations, data models, and operational processes
  • Experienced in Agile delivery environments with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
