As a Product Asset Associate, you will sit at the heart of this ecosystem, coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product and order strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog
  • expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands
  • match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes
  • maintain manual bonds for non-e-compass accounts
  • send requests for corporate allocations for backlog
  • expedite backlog
  • bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner
  • manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship-complete of released orders

Requirements

  • English on min B2 level (both spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel is a plus
  • Customer Service, Order Management or Sales experience
  • Accountability
