Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Architect to ensure the alignment of Platform Solutions with Fixed Connectivity product requirements. This role involves working closely with Product Architects and Fixed Connectivity vendors to design scalable solutions, manage data flows, and drive automation. The individual will play a key role in transforming vendor data into actionable insights and ensuring platform performance, reliability, and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Product Architects and vendors to understand API structures, flow sequences, and automation patterns
  • Analyse data structures and payloads to optimise data collection and flow logic
  • Define data wrangling and enrichment processes to convert raw vendor data into usable formats for assurance and analytics platforms
  • Drive vendors to resolve gaps in API availability, schema clarity, and documentation
  • Design and maintain scalable platform solutions aligned with strategic goals
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and oversee platform integration and interface design
  • Ensure platforms meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards
  • Create and maintain solution documentation and support project planning and risk assessment

Requirements:

  • Experienced in network and security technologies such as SD-WAN, LAN, IP-VPN, Ethernet, Internet, and SASE
  • Knowledgeable in telco-specific architectures including OSS/BSS, NFV, and SDN
  • Skilled in network service orchestration platforms and next-generation assurance systems
  • Familiar with MEF & TM Forum Open APIs and internal integration practices
  • Proficient in API gateway design, security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and lifecycle management
  • Understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud architectures in telco environments
