Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Architect with expertise in VeloCloud SD-WAN and SASE technologies to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge connectivity and security products for global business customers. This role involves translating complex requirements into scalable solutions, managing technical aspects of vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards. The successful candidate will collaborate across commercial, product, and technology teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise connectivity services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with Commercial, Product Management, and Technology teams to define and maintain a high-quality product backlog
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into end-to-end solutions, including cost estimation
  • Own the High-Level Design and ensure alignment with product requirements
  • Act as technical design authority across service models, IT architecture, security, privacy, and compliance
  • Lead technical aspects of vendor management and drive continuous product improvement
  • Enhance the in-life operating model and manage product lifecycle events, including end-of-life transitions
  • Provide strategic technological guidance and contribute to organisational improvement initiatives
  • Deliver technical product collateral including service descriptions, options papers, and solution guidance
  • Review supplier documentation and support delivery teams in aligning with product solutions
  • Conduct impact assessments and contribute to RFx processes
  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious product delivery that meets business and customer expectations
  • Identify innovation opportunities and ensure customers benefit from the latest technologies
  • Create and maintain product documentation and support system architecture and integration
  • Refine end-to-end service models and simplify complex problems for diverse audiences

Requirements:

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in VeloCloud SDWAN, SASE, and traditional routing
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within strict timelines
  • Skilled in handling complex solutions and product lifecycle activities
  • Higher education in networking, computer science, or related field

  • Knowledge of Mobile and Fixed Networks
  • Experience with Agile frameworks
  • Proven leadership in telecoms solution design for multinational operators
