Job Responsibility

  • Product Governance: Conducting rigorous product due diligence, evaluating solution suitability, and managing the onboarding and approval process for investment and insurance products
  • Training Strategy: Developing and implementing structured training frameworks and roadmaps aligned with corporate business objectives for new and existing financial representatives
  • Content Development: Designing and creating comprehensive learning resources, presentations, and digital content across blended learning platforms, including classroom and microlearning
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with external partners, insurers, compliance, and subject matter experts to ensure all materials are accurate, updated, and regulatory-compliant
  • LMS Management: Overseeing the Learning Management System to monitor training attendance, evaluate programme effectiveness, and track Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and competence within the financial services industry, specifically within a life insurer or licensed financial advisory setup
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines, including the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and Life Insurance Association (LIA) memorandums
  • Possession of CMFAS certifications including RES5, 9, 9A, HI, 8, 8A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP, alongside professional qualifications such as AFC, AFP, or ChFC
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Articulate, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Capability in training facilitation, public speaking, and strong in communication
