Product and Proposition Manager - Faster Payments

• Help shape the future of banking by managing all domestic payments with a particular focus on Faster Payments and electronic payments
• Ensure the safe and convenient movement of money for customers across all channels
• Contribute to optimising the customer journey, strengthening the payments control environment, and driving innovation within payments services
• Development of customer level strategies & solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs
• Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team
• Development of product propositions, and/or service strategy
• Development of different commercial and business models
• Evaluation of the technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks
• Monitoring of market trends and analysis feedback
• Management of comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments
• Monitoring of key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation

• Product or proposition experience
• Demonstrable exposure to governance and controls
• Considerable numeracy competencies with evidence of analytical capability
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of working within delivery-focused environments
• Considerable stakeholder management skills

Degree-level qualification in a relevant area preferred
