Job Responsibility
Take ownership of turning product, pricing and proposition plans into clear, usable delivery across the business
Get stuck into launches and offer changes, making sure everything is ready and lands smoothly
Create practical materials and guidance that teams can actually use day-to-day
Work at the heart of activity, keeping teams aligned, informed and ready to act
Track what’s working, spot patterns and help shape improvements to offers and propositions
Solve real business challenges by responding to queries, fixing gaps and continuously improving how things are done
Requirements
Experience from telecoms or a similar commercially driven, complex environment
Confidence working with both operational and commercial stakeholders
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
Curiosity and a proactive mindset to continuously learn and improve
Clear communication, turning detailed information into practical, easy-to-use guidance
Understanding of how strong propositions, accurate information and business readiness drive customer growth
