Job Description:

The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team at CVS is one of the fastest-growing business units, bridging retail and healthcare. We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support the development and execution of CVS's public benefit offerings, with a specific focus on WIC, SNAP/EBT, and other directed spend programs. This role will play a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations of the WIC program, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving insights that shape CVS's strategy in the directed spend space.

Job Responsibility:

  • WIC Program Management: Oversee daily operations of the WIC program, including item eligibility, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with inventory, supply chain, digital product, marketing, and store operations to ensure seamless execution of benefit programs
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze program performance, identify trends, and prepare insights for leadership
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive and regulatory research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support internal and external communications, including presentations and updates for leadership and partners

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, healthcare, retail, government programs, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing operational workflows
  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with public benefit programs (WIC, SNAP/EBT)
