Job Description

We are looking for a Product and Partner Marketing Lead to accelerate adoption of Parafin’s embedded financing products across our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for launching new partners and features, driving greater adoption of our products, and ensuring Parafin is prominently and effectively represented within partner experiences. You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, partner marketing, and growth to influence how partners position, promote, and scale Parafin offerings.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead partner go-to-market strategy: Launch new partners and features, including development of positioning, messaging, toolkits, and partner-ready materials that accelerate launch and ensure a consistent narrative
  • Drive adoption and grow partner programs: Increase offer view rates and originations by analyzing funnel performance, identifying opportunities, and improving partner surfaces like landing pages, dashboards, and marketing pages. Influence partners to implement the data and tracking needed for growth
  • Build scalable partner enablement frameworks: Create playbooks, templates, and other assets that streamline onboarding and help partners consistently promote financing products. Develop systems that support faster, more predictable scaling
  • Identify and test new growth levers: Run experiments to uncover new ways to drive originations and expand Parafin’s ownership of partner-driven marketing. Evaluate performance, surface insights, and translate learnings into repeatable strategies and programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or a related role, with demonstrated ownership of complex, partner-driven go-to-market motions
  • Strong strategic judgment, cross-functional influence, and hands-on execution
  • Proven ability to launch products or features with external platforms, including crafting positioning and building go-to-market assets
  • Strong communicator who can translate insights, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams across Account Management, Product, Design, and partner organizations
  • Comfort working with funnel and campaign performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and optimize marketing outcomes
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption or revenue growth in a B2B2C or partner-driven environment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, moving between high-level planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in partner marketing within tech or fintech, especially in B2B2C or embedded product environments
  • Strong analytical depth, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, experiment results, and partner funnels beyond surface-level metrics
  • A track record of building scalable go-to-market playbooks or frameworks for partner-facing teams
  • Experience running co-marketing initiatives, lifecycle programs, and/or field marketing efforts as part of a broader go-to-market mix

What we offer

  • Equity grant
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Work from home flexibility
  • Commuter benefits
  • Free lunches
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k)
  • Employee assistance program
