Job Description

You will join a partnered bank's analytics team to drive product insight and data-driven decision-making for our NRI banking division. Working closely with design, product, and business teams, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that shape customer experience, retention strategy, and revenue growth. This role is critical to understanding how NRIs interact with our banking products and enabling the team to build personalized, high-value experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track core product metrics: user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue performance across our NRI banking offerings
  • Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze datasets from banking systems and application platforms
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior, transaction patterns, product funnels, and feature adoption specific to NRI customers
  • Build and analyze customer cohorts to identify high-value segments and behaviors that drive lifetime value (LTV) and average revenue per user (ARPU)
  • Design experiments and analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer retention, cross-sell effectiveness, and engagement
  • Partner with product and design teams to translate data insights into personalized customer experiences and product enhancements
  • Enable the design team with behavioral insights, segmentation data, and user journey analysis to curate tailored experiences for different customer profiles
  • Monitor key business and product KPIs, identify trends or anomalies, and deliver timely recommendations to leadership
  • Support A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and experimentation frameworks to validate product hypotheses
  • Create regular reports and visualizations that inform strategic decisions across product, marketing, and business teams

Requirements

  • Around 3 years of experience in product or data analytics, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services
  • Proven ability to build interactive, business-relevant dashboards
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying
  • Python skills for data manipulation, analysis, and cohort modeling are a strong plus
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, building cohorts, and deriving actionable insights around retention and monetization
  • Comfortable translating ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks and communicating findings with clarity
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, and operations

Nice to have

  • Experience working on cross-border payments, remittances, or NRI banking products
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or experimentation design
  • Prior experience in growth analytics, retention optimization, or revenue analytics at a fintech or digital bank
  • Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, or financial product economics

What we offer

  • Shape the analytics foundation for a fast-growing NRI banking platform from the ground up
  • Work directly with product and design leaders to influence roadmap and customer experience strategy
  • Gain deep exposure to fintech product analytics, customer behavior, and retention economics in a high-impact role
  • Be a key enabler for personalization, segmentation, and data-driven product development
  • Build your career in a mission-driven institution solving real problems for the Indian diaspora
