Start your journey with Qargo as a Product Analyst, driving innovation in the transport industry. As a Product Analyst at Qargo, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success. Your mission will be to turn customer insights and business priorities into a clear, actionable product direction. You’ll work closely with our CEO to shape the roadmap of our Transport Management System, ensuring it continues to simplify complex logistics workflows and deliver real value to our users. This is not a “behind-the-desk” analytical role. You’ll spend time understanding how transport companies operate, talking to users, and translating their feedback into smart, user-friendly solutions. You’ll collaborate daily with our engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to make sure every new feature is built with purpose and impact.
Job Responsibility:
Report directly to the CEO and work closely with him to translate the CEO vision into an executable roadmap for our Transport Management System
Communicate regularly with customers to understand workflows, identify opportunities for time-saving improvements and their needs
Partner with support, onboarding and sales teams to collect product feedback and feature requests, prioritise them and set short, mid and long term goals
Work closely with engineering, sales and customer success/support to design, prototype and build the best solutions
Manage the internal and external communication of new product releases
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a product related function
Master complexity: quickly learn product functionalities and understand diverse customer needs, particularly in logistics or transport
Product management experience with a UX background
Prioritization: balance large and small scale initiatives against day to day maintenance and bug fixes
Communication: able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
Customer obsessed

Fluent in English
Dutch is a plus
