As a Product Analyst at Qargo, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success. Your mission will be to turn customer insights and business priorities into a clear, actionable product direction. You’ll work closely with our CEO and the product team to shape the direction of our Transport Management System, ensuring it continues to simplify complex logistics workflows and deliver real value to our users. This is not a “behind-the-desk” analytical role. You’ll spend time understanding how transport companies operate, talking to users, and translating their underlying problems into smart, user-friendly solutions. You’ll collaborate daily with our engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to make sure every new feature is built with purpose and impact.
Job Responsibility
Be part of a team of product owners, each owning a functional domain within our Transport Management System, and take end-to-end ownership of yours
Talk to customers continuously to understand their workflows and dig past the feature they ask for to the underlying problem. Spot patterns so one well-designed solution serves many, rather than a custom fix per customer
Partner with support, onboarding and sales to collect feedback and feature requests, then prioritise them against the short, mid and long term goals of the product, always asking whether a request is a symptom of a broader problem worth solving once
Work closely with our engineering, sales and customer success/support to design, prototype and build with the best solutions for our customers
Manage the internal and external communication of new product releases
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a product related function
Master complexity: you can quickly learn a wide range of product functionalities and understand the needs of our diverse customer base, particularly in industries like logistics or transport
Product experience with a UX background: you care about building user friendly solutions that solve customer problems without requiring training
Prioritization: you can balance large and small scale initiatives against the day to day maintenance and bug fixes
Communication: you’re able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences alike, you are humble when sharing ideas with everyone on the team
Customer obsessed with a systems mindset: our customers are non-technical and don’t have time for training or manuals. You stay close to them and take their problems seriously, but you don’t take their proposed solutions at face value. You look for the recurring problem behind individual requests, so one well-designed solution can serve many
Attention to detail: you are inquisitive and want to dive deep into any problem and understand the underlying mechanics
Impact focus: you have a strong desire to see your work result in changes across our company, leading to significant business impact
