You're a Product Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technical analytics and business partnership. When a Product Manager or Marketing leader comes to you with a question, you dig deeper to understand what they're really trying to solve, then build the dashboard or execute the analysis that completely addresses their need. You'll work embedded with HomeLight's Consumer Product and Marketing teams as part of our Business Intelligence team. Your stakeholders will rely on you to translate their business questions into data insights, build dashboards that they actually use, and help them make confident decisions backed by data.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a quantitative field – Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
2+ years of experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or product analyst role
Intermediate SQL including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations
Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Strong communication and data visualization skills
Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sisense, or similar platforms)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
