Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Product Analyst to work with Product Manager, Technical teams and Business Stakeholders to deliver the business needs translated into system requirements for reporting solutions with focus on sustainable product delivery and adoption rate increase. To be vital part of requirements gathering, their documentation, clarifications to technical team, testing, releasing the ready product to requestor and end users and deliver trainings if needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse the business requirements, turn them in technical requirements and provide input to effort estimation
  • Together with Solution architect and product manager validate process compliance of new requirements, targeting simplification and standardisation of proposed solutions
  • Identify and assess needed Role Level Security requests in alignment with Developers and Access and Risk Control team
  • Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with Business Owners and Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate
  • Documenting new functionalities, keeping repository of Country-Specific requirements
  • Proactively identify and address performance and usability gaps, regularly analyse countries and end users feedback. Provide concise recommendations to sustainable improvements
  • Provide guidance to business team on existing and future Finance Reporting Capabilities and anticipate business requirements, identify Proof of Concept opportunities
  • Together with Product Manager, Solution Architect and Lead Developer construct product backlog
  • Assess User Story delivery as part of VA Finance & Legal DevOps Team
  • Solution Lifecycle and support including synchronization to other Solutions, dependent services, technology and platform
  • Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals and processes

Requirements

  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance Reporting area
  • Ability to capture business requirements, analyze, assess and provide guidance on potential technical solutions
  • Experience in working together with developers providing solutions to business requests
  • Leading or supporting complex Projects related to consumer and/or customer facing Solutions
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery models
  • Strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge and business experience in Finance area
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency

Nice to have

Any certification related to SAP BW, PBI reporting or SAFe Agile will be considered as advantage
