Job Responsibility

  • Developing and maintaining the tracking system: setting up and QA’ing events, replacing auto-events with custom events, and monitoring data accuracy after releases
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and funnels for e-commerce products (conversion rates, user behavior, traffic sources, bundle performance, etc.)
  • Analyzing and reconciling data across Amplitude, Shopify, Facebook Ads, and the DWH, while aligning on a unified metrics methodology
  • Analyzing releases, redesigns, and A/B tests: evaluating the impact of changes, validating statistical significance, and providing rollout/rollback recommendations
  • Supporting Product Managers and Marketing teams with experiment design, analytics preparation, and resolving tracking/data-related issues

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with SQL and Python
  • 0.5+ years of hands-on experience working with data
  • Experience with Amplitude, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Understanding of statistical significance
  • Basic knowledge of experimentation design
  • Experience analyzing A/B tests

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify
  • E-commerce background, experience in wellness / physical products, or subscription-based monetization models
  • Experience with Meta Ads / marketing analytics
  • understanding of customer journey and CRO
  • Experience automating workflows with Apps Script
  • GTM / event tracking experience
