Job Description

the Product Analyst aims to understand and analyse user and business needs and contextualize them within services or products provided by an organization. The role is an essential part of agile working, with Product Analysts working closely with Testers, Product Managers and Developers to iteratively release working software. Product Analysts must have a strong understanding of Agile methodology to work effectively in an agile team. They must also command business analysis and business process improvement skills to investigate, analyse and articulate business problems and concepts, as well as opportunities for service improvement. The Product Analysts acts as the key player in designing, building / delivering an E2E digital product that meets business requirements, leverage latest technology trends. He/She ensures long term stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and analyze how these factors impact product strategy
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement and compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management
  • Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development
  • Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process
  • Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge in products for: financial planning

  • Skills in building user interfaces and user experiences
  • Ability to manage data health, ensure timely data delivery, fix data issues, and conduct root cause analysis

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the underlying cause of failure (e.g., carbon buildup, oil starvation, electrical surges, installation errors) to support warranty claim evaluations
  • Warranty Claim Assessment: Review and assess warranty claims in accordance with company policies, determining validity and identifying potential manufacturing or usage defects
