Job Responsibility

  • Account Sales Management: Lead the commercial landscaping sales, setting clear goals and driving performance to achieve sales targets
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored landscaping solutions
  • Conduct site visits, present project proposals, and guide clients through the sales process with expert consultation
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, stay informative on market trends and contribute to expanding the company’s client base

Requirements

  • Landscape Architect (preferred) with a related background such as Architecture, Civil or Environmental Engineering are also encouraged to apply
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial landscaping or project sales
  • Proficient in Auto-Cad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit
  • Extroverted, confident communicator with strong interpersonal and sales skills
