Job Description

You will be part of a global team, with a special focus on APAC, to achieve aggressive growth targets, address unique market demands, and maintain a competitive edge. This role provides specialized support to both complex land and expansion deals, as well as ongoing engagement with strategic customers. This role is highly influential due to its direct connection to the product management team and its high exposure to important feedback that shapes the OutSystems product roadmap.

Job Responsibility

  • Field Enablement: Support regional field teams during complex product-related engagements, acting as the subject matter expert to unblock positioning hurdles and close enterprise deals
  • Strategic Synthesis: Record, consolidate, and communicate regional field feedback and recurring customer patterns to HQ, directly influencing the global product strategy and roadmap
  • Platform Mastery: Maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of the OutSystems platform, including advanced usage, custom configurations, and complex cloud/on-premises deployment scenarios
  • Organizational Glue: Actively manage the relationship and communication loops between APAC field teams and internal product/engineering groups to ensure alignment and reduce friction
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively analyze potential technical or operational risks when working with field teams, developing preemptive strategies to mitigate them before they impact customer success
  • Account Advocacy: Serve as the primary product point of contact for designated key accounts, overseeing all product-related topics and ensuring their long-term technical health and growth
  • Market Acceleration: Identify regional adoption bottlenecks and create scalable assets or processes that help the field teams deploy the platform faster and more effectively

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in building and selling software to Enterprises
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Technical background to bridge the gap between engineering complexities and high-level business value
  • Ability to thrive in a creative, fluid environment under minimal supervision
  • Masterful presentation skills with the ability to distill complex product roadmaps into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and large-scale event audiences
  • Proven experience in program management, specifically in orchestrating multi-country product launches and coordinating cross-functional workstreams
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and align global HQ priorities with regional APAC needs
  • Proactive attitude that lends itself to discovering hidden friction points in the product journey and suggesting scalable improvements
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills that enable you to be a great listener and extraordinarily empathetic with other teams
