We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Producer to join our Creative Center of Excellence team. This role plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the development, production, and delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the company’s branding and business objectives. This position oversees projects from inception through completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end‑to‑end production of video, photo, and digital content that supports Brunswick’s marine brands, campaigns, product launches, and customer experiences
Manage all phases of production—pre‑production, production, and post‑production— including scoping, budgeting, timelines, scheduling, creative development, logistics, and final delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams, marketing partners, and external vendors to translate campaign strategies and concepts into clear production plans and scopes
Oversee on‑water and in‑studio productions, ensuring all marine‑environment safety protocols are followed, including vessel operations coordination, talent safety, and compliance with Brunswick guidelines
Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (crew, photographers, studios, editors, etc.) to ensure quality, budget alignment, and brand consistency
Develop and maintain production documentation, including pre-production decks, call sheets, shot lists, storyboards, schedules, asset trackers, and post‑production workflows
Coordinate talent casting and management, including professional talent, employees, and customers as needed for shoots
Monitor production budgets and resource allocation, delivering projects on time and within approved financial scope
Facilitate post‑production workflows, including editing oversight, feedback cycles, color, sound, motion graphics, and final asset delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a production role, preferably within the boating or outdoor recreation industry
Strong communication, financial, and timeline management skills
Proficiency in cross-channel production encompassing video, digital, and print
Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
Ability to support and work collaboratively with different workstyles, teams, and clients seamlessly
