Major Players are partnering with an esteemed boutique experiential agency to recruit for an Experiential Junior/Mid-weight Producer work on a portfolio of highly sought after global brands. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of brand activations, always striving to create and deliver best-in-class brand experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of brand activations and campaigns
Nurture relationships with suppliers and PR/advertising/creative agency partners
Maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders
Be proactive in learning about new suppliers and proactively attend industry events to develop relationships
Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, schedules, and status reports
Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, ensuring activations are delivered on time and within budget
Maintain financial control of client budgets, including pricing, profit, budget approvals and payments
Oversee internal teams and ensure everyone is up to date on project timelines
Requirements:
Proven experience (at least 2 years) working in an experiential / brand activation agency, with extensive knowledge of planning and on-site activations
Excellent organisational skills (both written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail
A calm demeanor and the ability to multi-task
you will be working across a number of activations with tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise
Budget management experience, including supplier negotiation and reconciliation
