We are seeking an experienced Producer with strong project management, creative operations, and workflow coordination skills within retail media networks or digital advertising environments. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end production processes, oversee creative routing cycles, ensure timely delivery of assets, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple dependencies, timelines, and creative quality standards across retail media campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end production operations for retail media campaigns across digital, social, and omni-channel platforms
Coordinate deliverables between Creative Designers, Copywriters, Ad Ops, Sales, and Merchandising teams
Own project schedules, timelines, and status trackers for all creative production workflows
Oversee asset intake, versioning, routing, approvals, and final delivery according to brand and technical guidelines
Ensure assets meet platform specifications for onsite, offsite, display, paid social, and email placements
Lead and manage Creative Review cycles, including agenda prep, alignment, feedback consolidation, and approvals
Identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and escalate blockers to maintain workflow efficiency
Maintain documentation for campaign requirements, milestones, and deliverables for audit-ready operations
Support ongoing improvements in creative workflow processes and production governance
Coordinate with analytics and ad ops teams to ensure asset readiness aligns with campaign launches
Requirements:
Strong project management and operational coordination experience in retail media or digital advertising
Deep understanding of creative workflows across onsite ads, offsite display, paid social, email, and brand campaigns
Ability to manage multi-team dependencies, timelines, routing cycles, and approvals
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling advertiser deliverables, production calendars, and asset readiness
High attention to detail with ability to anticipate risks and capacity challenges
Proficiency with project workflow tools such as Workfront or similar platforms
Strong understanding of platform specifications, file formats, and digital asset requirements
Ability to collaborate with Creative, Copywriting, Ad Ops, Sales, Merchandising, and Analytics teams
Nice to have:
Experience working in U.S. retail, ecommerce, or large-scale retail media networks
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools for asset quality review (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Understanding of performance marketing and media KPIs
Exposure to content management systems (CMS) or creative automation tools
Experience operating within fast-paced creative agencies or production studios
Ability to contribute to improvements in workflow automation and creative operations processes
