This is a hybrid / onsite position. For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Parts I and II are now available for the first time on PC. Currently, we’re busy at the kennel working on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and we’d love to find talented individuals to join us. In service of these goals, Naughty Dog is growing our production team! We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join us in the studio and elevate our team’s capabilities. We are looking for the right candidate to get in early and help define the processes, requirements, and infrastructure that will support the project through launch and beyond. In this role you’ll have a significant impact on the way we work, both within the game team and production team, by leveling up the skills we apply to the production of our games as well as the structures we work within. On the game team side, you’ll partner with leads and directors to understand their needs. You’ll develop processes to improve communication, scheduling, and overall quality of life; all while developing the kind of ground-breaking video games we're famous for. Our ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding of the complexities of game development and a track record of building processes to help the team achieve their highest potential. You'll bring your organizational skills, understanding of communication pipelines, leadership experience, and passion for making games - and above all, your empathy to inspire the team and rally support for our shared vision!
