Producer, Creative Operations (Social/TikTok)

• Develop clear, creative briefs that align with brand goals and platform strategy
• Build and manage relationships with creators, handling sourcing, onboarding, and delivery workflows
• Oversee production calendars to maintain a consistent posting cadence and content velocity
• Maintain rigorous quality control across creative output, ensuring everything feels on brand
• Build feedback loops and creative reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with marketing analytics to build a winning organic social engine that drives overall marketing efficiency

• 3-5 years of social media experience
• Experience with content creation, design, editing, and copywriting
• Experience working directly with marketing teams, iterating to improve content for reach and engagement
• Ability to adapt content to support real-time responses and engagement
• Use of data and analytics to make content stronger
• Understanding of the pace of social media
• Immersed in internet culture, curious, creative, and deeply attuned to what resonates online
• Entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments
• Strong operational and creative instincts, able to manage creators, timelines, and deliverables with precision

Experience producing for social, creator-led, or fitness/health brands is a strong plus
