Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Producer to join our Brand & Product Marketing team — the operational core that keeps creative strategy, production, and delivery running smoothly. This role ensures that projects move seamlessly from ideation to launch - on time, on budget, and in sync with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and beyond. You’ll manage resource planning, production budgets, and project workflows, while helping to design and optimize the processes that make our creative operations scalable and efficient. With a strong understanding of creative production — from strategy and concept development to delivery — you’ll enable the team to deliver world-class creative that supports our product-led growth mission.

Job Responsibility

  • Resource Planning & Budget Management: Lead the planning and allocation of internal and external resources across campaigns and creative projects
  • Manage and track the production budget (open + HC), ensuring efficient use of time and funds while balancing long-term scalability
  • Project Design & Delivery: Structure creative projects from initial brief to final delivery, aligning timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Ensure clarity on responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables across all stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between Brand & Product Marketing, Growth, Enterprise, Lifecycle and Sales Enablement
  • Facilitate effective collaboration, communication, and visibility across teams — ensuring everyone who needs to be up to speed, is up to speed
  • Process & Systems Development: Design, implement, and iterate on workflows that increase team efficiency and quality over time
  • Champion smart tools, templates, and scalable systems (including AI-driven creative workflows) to elevate output and reduce friction
  • Creative AI Integration: Stay current on creative AI tools and practices, identifying opportunities to use them for production efficiency and innovation
  • Guide the team in adopting AI as a co-creator while maintaining high creative and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Producer, Creative Operations Manager, or equivalent role in a marketing or creative team (preferably within SaaS or digital-first environments)
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and the stages of production across strategy, ideation, execution, and delivery
  • Skilled in project management tools and methods — able to keep multiple workstreams on track without losing sight of the big picture
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to navigate diverse perspectives and bring people along
  • Comfortable working “boots on the ground,” solving challenges in real time while maintaining a proactive, positive energy
  • Curious, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by building processes that scale

What we offer

  • Diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Continuous professional development
  • Access to a leadership program (including external personal coach)
  • Relevant education
  • Career opportunities in a growing company
  • Healthy view on work-life balance
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions
