Producer – Technical Design

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Producer to support our Technical Design team in the development of a new IP. Join a world-class group of designers, engineers, and artists working together to push the boundaries of interactive storytelling and gameplay systems. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Producer to drive planning, execution, and delivery for all technical design initiatives—including gameplay systems, scripting tools, prototyping frameworks, and level logic implementation. This role bridges the gap between design and engineering, requiring both strong production skills and a deep appreciation for the technical foundations that bring creative vision to life. As a member of the production department, you’ll ensure the Technical Design team is empowered to deliver innovative gameplay experiences efficiently and sustainably. You will oversee project schedules, dependencies, and team communications - helping turn design intent into robust, scalable, and performant in-game systems.
