Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between creative and technical disciplines
Strong organizational skills and experience creating, tracking, and updating detailed production schedules
Experience in Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, or equivalent project management tools
A collaborative mindset and a passion for empowering artists and creative problem-solving
A keen eye for visual quality and an appreciation for diverse artistic styles and storytelling approaches

Experience in early-stage IP development or worldbuilding for AAA games or entertainment franchises
