Produce Manager

Produce Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the operations and performance of the Produce Department in order to achieve and maintain department goals. Responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring all team members on their job duties according to company policies and procedures. Orders merchandise and controls inventory to minimize out of stock and overstocks, and as a result maximize sales. Maintains a presentable department image to our customers through a consistently clean and attractive department. Follows and monitors that health code regulations are followed. Also responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers’ requests in locating products, to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
