Job Description:

The Senior Consultant in Product Management Engineering at NTT DATA will focus on maintaining and optimizing various product interfaces, including Enterprise COBOL and DB2. The role requires strong technical skills in automation and performance monitoring, along with the ability to resolve issues and collaborate with development teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain the TPE/BPE, Enterprise COBOL, Unikix Secure (TSF), DB2 interface, MQ Interface, VSAM and BPE Sort
  • Automation of Procedures involving NTT Data Product suites
  • Proactive monitoring of issues, space usages and Performance
  • Resolving issues related to NTT Data Products
  • Maintain user exits and setting up new users
  • Maintain Scripts, utilities and program dealing with the product
  • Apply patches and upgrades to NTT Data products
  • Manage License renewals on the applicable servers
  • Report issues to NTT Data Support and follow up to closure
  • Provide reports for Auditing
  • Assist developers to resolve issues with JCL, COBOL programs and the TPE/BPE environment, including Analysis, finding work arounds
  • Reporting and resolving issue with the NTT Data Product support team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Strong technical skills in automation and performance monitoring
  • Technical expertise in relevant tools and technologies
  • Ability to resolve issues and collaborate with development teams
  • Experience with Enterprise COBOL and DB2
  • Experience with TPE/BPE, Unikix Secure (TSF), DB2 interface, MQ Interface, VSAM and BPE Sort
