Job Description:

Interim - Procurement Project Excellence Lead - Process Improvement & Decentralization. I'm supporting a fast-growing European digital business that's rebuilding how procurement operates at a local level, following a move away from a centralised global model. This is a standalone-style role within a sizeable regional entity, where procurement exists, but needs structure, clarity, and momentum. It's not a category-heavy role and it's not just about contracts. This is about making procurement work in practice, instilling processes and policies during a time of change.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helping design and embed practical procurement processes, tools & policies
  • Improving how procurement communicates and engages stakeholders
  • Putting structure around guidance, governance, and ways of working
  • Acting as a procurement project manager, turning intent into delivery
  • Operating in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

  • Typically, 5-15+ years procurement experience
  • Strong communication skills, able to make procurement land with the business
  • Fully remote, digitally confident
  • Europe-based

Nice to have:
