The Procurement department is currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual for the position of Procurement Trainee, to join our Operations Hub in Panama City, Panama, starting in February 2026. The Role As a trainee, you will support the Procurement staff in providing culturally immersive travel for American and Canadian students who choose to discover the world with us through group travel. Your main role is to assist out Procurement Team in procuring cost-effective and quality accommodation and transport services and solutions for our tours in LATAM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contracting support – aid the Procurement team during the contracting process. From organizing pending workload to finalizing signatures
  • Internal stakeholder coordination – support cross-departmental projects and tasks
  • External stakeholder coordination – help manage supplier relationships along the Procurement Specialists
  • Safety Management – organize proactive processes that ensure suppliers fulfill the required safety and risk management criteria
  • Technology – Learn internal systems that drive the procurement and production of our tours to then apply the data to successfully complete team tasks and goals
  • Market Knowledge – Become familiar with the supply market along the whole LATAM region, exploring trends and opportunities that will bring innovation to our operations

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of work experience
  • Having studied or worked abroad for at least 6 months
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and great attention to detail
  • Quick learner and proven problem solver
  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Passionate about educational travel
