Key Responsibilities (Vary by Seniority): Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Performance, Cost Optimization, Risk Management, Compliance. Depending on your seniority, you will be part of a dynamic procurement cluster reporting to either the Procurement Manager or the General Manager (GM). This team is the engine room of the plant—responsible for ensuring that production never stops. You will work in a high-speed, collaborative environment where data-driven decisions are the norm and team members are encouraged to take ownership of their respective categories.
Job Responsibility:
Manage local and global sourcing for Direct Materials (wafers, lead frames, chemicals) or Indirect Materials (CAPEX, MRO, facilities)
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring strict adherence to quality and Just-in-Time delivery schedules
Execute cost-saving initiatives and Value Engineering projects to maintain competitiveness in the semiconductor market
Mitigate supply chain disruptions by developing alternative sourcing strategies and maintaining strong buffer stocks
Ensure all procurement activities align with international electronics industry standards and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Open to all levels (1–3 years for Junior, 5+ years for Senior, 10+ years for Management roles)
Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, or high-volume Manufacturing is highly preferred
Strong analytical mind, resilient under pressure, and excellent negotiation skills
