Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Sourcing: Manage local and global sourcing for Direct Materials (wafers, lead frames, chemicals) or Indirect Materials (CAPEX, MRO, facilities)
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring strict adherence to quality and "Just-in-Time" delivery schedules
  • Cost Optimization: Execute cost-saving initiatives and Value Engineering projects to maintain competitiveness in the semiconductor market
  • Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain disruptions by developing alternative sourcing strategies and maintaining strong buffer stocks
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with international electronics industry standards and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) guidelines

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: Open to all levels (1–3 years for Junior, 5+ years for Senior, 10+ years for Management roles)
  • Industry: Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, or high-volume Manufacturing is highly preferred
