Job Description

An established international organisation is seeking a Systems Specialist to join its Procurement function on a 6-month temporary basis. This role will support global procurement teams by improving systems, driving digital initiatives, and enhancing processes across the business. You’ll be involved in system implementation, process design, user support, and data analysis, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders on transformation projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and optimise procurement systems and processes
  • Assist with system implementation and digital transformation projects
  • Provide user support and training
  • Analyse data and track performance against KPIs
  • Maintain and manage procurement system data

Requirements

  • Experience working with business systems or digital applications
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba) is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process improvement or change initiatives
  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder engagement skills
