Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Support Specialist to assist in managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement administration. This role will work closely with the procurement team and other departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant purchasing processes.

Job Responsibility:

Support the procurement team in sourcing goods and services according to company requirements
Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders, requests for quotation (RFQs), and tender documents
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation
Track order status, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply or delivery issues
Communicate with suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, and delivery terms
Support supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring activities
Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing and payment
Assist in monitoring procurement budgets and preparing periodic reports
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations
Contribute to process improvements in procurement workflows and systems

Requirements:

Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Swedish language skills are an advantage
Experience in working with international suppliers and cross-border procurement
Knowledge of contract management and supplier relationship management
Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and sourcing tools
