We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and ensure end-to-end procurement of goods, materials, equipment, and services, including market research, supplier selection, and managing relevant procurement documentation and processes. The role also covers purchase order management, delivery tracking, logistics coordination, inventory control, invoice processing, budgeting, and continuous process improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end procurement of goods, materials, equipment, and services across multiple categories
Conduct supplier research, evaluate market options, and identify competitive and reliable vendors
Prepare RFQs/RFPs, collect and compare quotations, and assess commercial feasibility
Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management in collaboration with warehouse teams
Create purchase orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure accurate receipt and distribution of goods
Coordinate logistics and communication between external suppliers, internal departments, and company locations
Handle administrative processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchase orders and contracts
Prepare procurement reports, maintain budget tracking, and support annual and project-based procurement planning
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely and cost effective sourcing
Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, supplier management, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in procurement, administration, supply chain, or a similar role
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Interest in procurement, logistics, and supplier management
Solid understanding of procurement or purchasing processes
Ability to research suppliers and compare offers in a structured and detail-oriented way
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines
Attention to detail when creating purchase orders and handling documentation
Basic analytical skills for comparing prices, tracking orders, and supporting reporting
Good communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams
Ability to work collaboratively and respond to business needs in a timely manner
Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within procurement and supply chain
Basic problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
