Procurement Specialist

• Process purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently using procurement systems
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of goods receipts to maintain workflow continuity
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies to support smooth financial operations
• Provide first-line support and guidance for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities for reporting and audit purposes
• Assist in optimizing procurement workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address procurement-related issues
• Support the procurement lead in operational tasks as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Coupa, 3M, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish is required for supporting the Latin America region
