We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career in procurement, supply chain, or operations. In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team of two procurement professionals and a manager to support purchasing and day-to-day operational needs.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Process and track purchase orders
Monitor inventory levels and raw material needs
Maintain procurement records
Help ensure timely order fulfillment
Serve as a reliable resource for internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field
0–2 years of experience (internships and co-ops accepted)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Interest in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain operations
Nice to have
Experience with ERP systems such as MS Navision
