Job Responsibility

  • Execute comprehensive end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives and contract framework lifecycle management
  • Execute site-specific procurement activities, supplier identification strategies, and contract management processes for indirect material categories
  • Spearhead commercial negotiations to achieve continuous cost-efficiency targets and oversee complex vendor contract frameworks
  • Supervise supplier operational execution, manage delivery performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional mitigation strategies for material shortages
  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to handle vendor non-compliance issues and manage the comprehensive onboarding process
  • Administer compliance workflows, facilitate internal process assessments, and maintain strict adherence to ethical procurement standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience handling end-to-end purchasing, commercial negotiation, and supplier oversight cycles
  • Work background within manufacturing sectors, with preference given to experiences within semiconductor or technology environments
  • Practical knowledge of contract frameworks, including master service agreements, statements of work, and vendor performance monitoring metrics
  • Proficient capabilities navigating tier-one cloud procurement technologies and generating operational spend data assessments
  • Collaborative communication capabilities to align with multi-tiered supplier networks and resolve operational escalations with global partners
  • Bachelor Degree
