Job Description:

We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement team at Pleo. In this role, you'll help with a company wide sourcing plan design & execution. If you’re excited about architecting a ground-up sourcing strategy and having the autonomy to own high-stakes negotiations and are passionate about the fast-paced evolution of fintech, then this is the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end negotiations across all spend categories, with an expert focus on optimising our SaaS ecosystem and maximising cost-savings
  • Drive the delivery of procurement Objectives and Key Results to support company-wide financial goals
  • Own procurement reporting and data accuracy, providing leadership with clear insights into savings and spend performance
  • Champion procurement best practices and implement effective controls to ensure seamless, compliant stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate across departments to align sourcing strategies with business needs and manage key dependencies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of closing high-value SaaS and indirect spend deals with speed and precision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines without losing momentum
  • Sharp analytical skills to transform procurement KPIs into actionable insights and transparent reporting
  • Confidence in building rapid trust with stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental alignment and policy adoption
  • A flexible approach to problem-solving in a dynamic landscape where priorities can shift quickly
  • Managing a high volume of global SaaS renewals and navigating the nuances of multi-year software commitments
  • Indirect procurement or a strategic sourcing role within the digital finance or technology sector
