Job Description:

The Sourcing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Procurement team through data-driven insights, market research, and supplier performance analysis. This role will help identify cost savings, improve supplier partnerships, and ensure alignment with corporate sustainability and compliance goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze spend data to identify cost savings opportunities and sourcing efficiencies
  • Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools
  • Conduct market intelligence, track commodity price movements, and benchmark supplier costs
  • Support supplier due diligence, capability assessments, and sustainability initiatives
  • Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Analyze bids and sumamrize results for category managers
  • Support contract negotiations with financial and operational analysis
  • Track KPI’s (on-time delivery, quality, cost, and sustainability metrics)
  • Drive supplier performance improvement and compliance with company standards
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations and Legal teams to support category strategies
  • Provide data and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with ERP/P2P systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and other data visualization tools
