Job Responsibility

Advising on all stages of public and utilities procurement processes
supporting major outsourcing arrangements, including IT outsourcing projects
advising on procurement structuring, compliance, and exemptions
drafting and negotiating tender documentation and commercial contracts
managing procurement challenges, disputes, and strategic risk assessments
working alongside commercial, infrastructure, and technology teams on complex, cross-sector transactions
