Job Responsibility:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the cost-effective purchase of goods and services (Direct/Indirect)
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure quality and compliance
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead commercial negotiations and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle to mitigate risks and maximize value
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to internal business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation within the procurement function (e.g., E-sourcing implementation)
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with internal policies, ESG standards, and local regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
Professional certifications (CIPS/APICS) are a strong advantage
1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing for Associate level
5–10+ years of experience with a proven track record in category management and cost-saving for Specialist/Manager level
Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel
Ability to analyze spend data and market trends to drive data-led decision-making
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for regional stakeholder management
