Job Title: Procurement & Purchase Executive – Hardware & Networking. Work Location: Juinagar West, Navi Mumbai.

Job Responsibility:

  • Following procurement policies
  • Comparing products and services to be purchased

  • Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
  • Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices
  • Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
  • Undertake any other ad -hoc duties as assigned
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate programs, select assortments, optimize support
  • Develop and maintain sales plan- manage purchase plan, communicate forecasts to suppliers and resolve inventory issues
  • Manage assortment productivity as well as price, promo and EOL activities
  • Recommend marketing & advertising activities, manage approved activities
  • Manage analysis of business, report out as required (WBR)
  • Understand competition and customers
  • Visit suppliers
  • Recommend & manage activities to support business objectives
  • Direct space plan to support business objectives (POG)
  • Work with sourcing as needed to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Exposure in managing vendors (OEMs / brands) for IT Product segment like Laptops, Desktops, Monitor, Printer, IT Peripherals and accessories
