Procurement Project Support (Factory Environment)

• Monitor and support daily procurement activities using SAP, Excel, and ServiceNow
• Calculate, track, and analyze standardized procurement KPIs
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings with subsidiaries
• Support preparation of executive-level (CODIR) meetings
• Manage and maintain activity tracking and consolidation files
• Ensure regular updates of procurement procedures, tools, and documentation
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement methods and tools
• Assist buyers in executing the end-to-end Procurement Process: Needs analysis, Sourcing strategy, Tender follow-up, Clarifications management, Purchase order issuance and acknowledgment tracking

• Proven experience in procurement / purchasing support roles
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tools
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-entity environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (KPI tracking & performance analysis)
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead meetings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in industrial sectors (Refining, Chemicals, Energy) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Excel (advanced level preferred)
• ServiceNow
