Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation, from requirement gathering through design, configuration, testing, and go-live
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture procurement, sourcing, and supplier management requirements
Work with cross functional teams, vendors and management to drive programs
Design and configure one or more SAP Ariba modules
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a Engineering/Business/Supply Chain (Masters degree is preferred)
10+ years of relevant work experience deploying business and technology projects
Well-known and respected throughout the business organization
Synthesize inputs gathered from a variety of sources into a cohesive product vision
Make and own decisions
Drive consensus across multiple parties with conflicting views
Take a pragmatic/economic view while prioritizing functionality
Forward thinking and able to proactively identify risks
Strong communication skills
Champion the project solution and frame changes in a way that engages and excites the end user community
Ability to Lead the end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation
Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and frameworks
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with focus on change enablement and training
Expertise in training strategy development, curriculum design, and delivery for SAP projects
Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or similar tools for content creation and end-user training
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops
