Gestão Contratual Ativa department is looking for an Procurement Planning & Optimization Specialist.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the planning and optimization of procurement
  • Provide support to management in the preparation of project reports and communication of results to support decision-making
  • Structure and analyze information using various methods
  • Interpret the data collected and collaborate in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of cross-functional topics with a focus on PMO and stakeholder management, namely by supporting the structuring of proposals and identifying areas for enhancement
  • Participate in feasibility analyses, evaluation structuring, and recommendations in the form of proposals
  • Follow up on projects involving other departments and stakeholders
  • Ensure the planning, organization, and prioritization of activities, as well as progress monitoring in line with the project plan

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management, Economics and/or Engineering and Industrial
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of expertise
  • Preference for additional training and/or experience in project management, consultancy, and/or auditing
  • Proficient in Office 365, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of English and Spanish is valued
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with flexibility and proactiveness
  • Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Analytical thinking to interpret data and support decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
