Job Description

Join Care Fertility’s procurement transformation and help deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, and embed best practice across our group. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you’ll manage sourcing strategies, tenders, and operational procurement to support our strategic objectives and sustainability commitments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead sourcing and tender processes across key categories (Pharma, Medical Services, Facilities, IT, Indirects)
  • Drive cost savings through supplier consolidation and contract negotiations
  • Act as procurement partner for operational teams, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance
  • Provide accurate reporting and maintain governance standards

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement operations (healthcare or regulated multi-site desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with RFPs/RFQs, e-tendering, and contract management systems
  • Highly organised, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder engagement
  • CIPS qualification desirable
