Experience in procurement, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with procurement processes, governance, and supplier performance management
Ability to interpret MRP messages, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate ERP data
Capable of managing direct and indirect spend, RFQs, and supplier negotiations
Comfortable analysing procurement data, creating KPIs, and identifying performance trends
Experience in supplier auditing, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of master data management (lead times, MOQs, pricing)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, process-driven, customer-focused, and proactive
Confident working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities effectively

Job Responsibility

Supplier and Subcontractor Governance: Develop and apply prequalification criteria
Carry out evaluations, audits, and ongoing compliance checks
Maintain the approved supplier and subcontractor database
Onboarding and Documentation: Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers
Ensure documentation, agreements, and records are complete and accurate
Provide guidance on company standards and expectations
Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Track supplier performance (lead times, delivery, quality)
Address non-compliance proactively and constructively
Maintain accurate audit trails and performance records
Category Management and Procurement Activities: Support category strategies to strengthen value and resilience

Requirements
