Job Responsibility
Manage all purchasing activities including electronic components, plastic raw materials, auxiliary materials and technical products
Lead and develop a purchasing team
Manage a global supplier base across Europe, Americas and Far East, including onboarding new suppliers
Develop alternative sourcing strategies for critical materials and manage supply risks
Respond quickly to production needs in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Negotiate prices, contracts and commercial conditions with suppliers
Monitor and manage stock levels of critical components
Work in close coordination with production, planning, quality and finance teams
Analyze purchasing data via ERP systems and report insights to senior management
Drive cost reduction, efficiency and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 8-10 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong background in electronic components, plastic raw materials or industrial purchasing
Experience working with global suppliers and developing alternative sourcing
Strong leadership and delegation skills
Analytical mindset
