We are looking for a (Senior) Procurement Manager (d/f/m) to join our Mobile Procurement Team in Berlin.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a local commodity budget of approximately €50–100 million, primarily across various commodities
  • Partner across the business and collaborate closely with the Global Sourcing team to align priorities, strategies, and action plans
  • Serve as the main local Procurement contact for stakeholders within your commodities
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and wider Finance teams
  • Drive supplier relationship management, building strong, value-focused, and collaborative partnerships
  • Provide guidance on procurement processes and lead local sourcing initiatives, ensuring compliant and successful execution
  • Identify and realize cost improvement and efficiency opportunities with a clear positive bottom-line impact
  • Co-create and evolve ways of working, including the advancement of sourcing automation
  • Contribute to an innovative, AI-driven environment

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in Strategic / Indirect Procurement
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Continuous improvement mindset and enjoy optimizing processes, tools, and tools-driven workflows
  • Confident working with and analyzing data to inform decisions
  • Business-fluent in English (written and spoken)
